G [grit] + R [resilience] = C2 [centring on clay]
Mrs Sandy Frazer and Ms Olivia Frazer
Abstract

Feeling stressed? Come and get your hands dirty and try out our Art therapy session with clay. Gain an insight into this non-threatening way to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other problems that boys may encounter in everyday life. Find out why it is so successful with adolescent boys.

Relax around a few potters’ wheels, enjoy the sunshine, get your hands gritty with ‘healing’ clay and chat with Sandy and her daughter, Olivia, about the power of art therapy. Each session will be limited to six delegates per session.
